Shipping Policy

At Rasatails, we take great care to ensure that your pet’s favorite treats reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and related queries.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Please note that delivery to certain remote or restricted pin codes may take longer or may not be serviceable by our logistics partners.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A nominal shipping fee (as shown at checkout) applies for orders below ₹499.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, where available, may include an additional handling fee.


5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier partner name.
You can track your order via the courier’s website or the tracking link shared.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at contact@rasatails.com with your order number.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Rasatails is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping will incur an additional delivery charge.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take quality and packaging seriously, but if you receive a damaged parcel or missing item:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer package and product.

  2. Email them to contact@rasatails.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll investigate and offer a suitable resolution — replacement, refund, or store credit — based on the situation.


8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding our pawprint soon!

We may revise this Shipping Policy periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
