Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rasatails, your pet’s health and happiness come first — and so does your trust in us.
We take great care to deliver safe, high-quality treats, but if something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help!


🐾 1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

Since our products are perishable consumables, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaked product

  • You received the wrong item or quantity

  • The product has expired or is near expiry on arrival

To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for review.

If the product has been opened or used, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns, as these are food-grade items that can’t be resold or reused for hygiene reasons.


📦 2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email contact@rasatails.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order ID, photos, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or return pickup, depending on your location.
In some cases, you may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse (we’ll reimburse reasonable courier costs if it’s our error).


💰 3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • If you paid by COD, we’ll issue a bank transfer or store credit instead.

  • If a replacement is sent, refunds will not apply.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products returned without prior communication

  • Packages refused at delivery without reason

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer


🚫 4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used pet treats

  • Free samples or promotional items

  • Items purchased on clearance or with “No Return” offers


⏳ 5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing contact@rasatails.com.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you may follow the return procedure above if applicable.

  • If payment was made online and the order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.


🕒 6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your card company or bank — it may take additional processing time.

  3. If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, contact us at contact@rasatails.com.


📜 7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically to reflect improvements in service or compliance.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
